Return Process

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
